Planned maintenance of DUC North Sea facilities

On Monday, 4 September 2006, a long planned one-week shut down of DUC’s facilities in the Danish part of the North Sea will commence in order for Maersk Oil to carry out a maintenance programme.

The activities include inspection of a large number of process vessels and other critical facilities as well as installation of new equipment.

After completion of the planned activities, re-start of the North Sea facilities will take place during a couple of days according to applicable procedures.
