Assignment agreement

I agree and understand that by submitting any ideas, A.P. Moller Maersk Group and any subsidiaries can use my ideas and submissions in any way they see fit without notice, attribution or compensation to me.

You hereby waive any and all claims you may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that the materials accepted, reviewed and/or used by A.P. Moller Maersk Group and any subsidiaries may be similar to your materials.

By making a submission, you acknowledge and agree that A.P. Moller Maersk Group and any subsidiaries may create on their own or obtain many submissions that may be similar or identical to the materials you submit through Maersk.com or other channels and means.

We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use your name, likeness, biography and other information about you in connection with any use of the materials you submit.

This assignment agreement shall be governed by Danish Law. Any dispute arising out of or in relation to this Legal Notice which can not be solved amicably shall be decided by the Danish Courts.
