I henhold til brancheregler for adgang til opstrøms olie- og gasfaciliteter på den britiske kontinental sokkel (UKOOA Code of Practice on Access to Upstream Oil and Gas Infrastructure on the UK Continental Shelf) er Maersk Oil North Sea UK forpligtet til at give information om tilgængelig opstrøms gas- og oliebehandlings- og eksportkapacitet for potentiel produktion af andre operatørers felter gennem faciliteter opereret af Maersk Oil North Sea UK Limited.
